Westfield London

Westfield London was created to house designer stores that would provide stylish shopping for luxury lovers, so crafting the right look and feel was essential, as was attention to detail.

Wood&Wood partnered with Westfield’s in-house design team to manufacture signs to exacting standards in high quality materials so they would enhance the shopping environment.  Alongside directional and branding signage in a variety of styles, the bespoke nature of the Centre has lent itself to a range of materials from internally lit letters using the latest LED technology to hand crafted wooden totems. Our manufacturing experience allowed us to produce blade signs with a depth of only 14mm compared to the normal 50mm.

While work is ongoing at White City, Wood&Wood were also collaborating with the construction team working at Westfield Stratford. We were advising on the pre-installation requirements that need to be incorporated into the build to help the shopping centre to open in time for the 2012 Olympics.
