Royal Albert Memorial Museum

The Royal Albert Memorial Museum (RAMM) sited in the heart of Exeter is recognised as “an exquisite jewel box” of a building. Built over a period of 30 years after Prince Albert’s death in 1861, it has recently undergone a multi million pound redevelopment to enhance and extend the existing space and improve the visitor experience.

Working with Architects Allies & Morrison and Main Contractors BAM Construction, Wood &Wood Signs manufactured and installed a range of wayfinding signage to guide visitors during their visit to the Museum. From 5 metre high banners which bring the exhibitions to life, to directory panels which also hold brochures and donation boxes, and directional signs on the approaches and around the Museum.

The entrances feature RAMM signage with vinyls on the glass doors and painted fret cut letters further reinforce the Musuem's brand identity in the reception area, as they welcome visitors.
